War Memorial for Berrigan

Donation protected
Berrigan RSL sub-branch is the local Returned and Services League of Australia sub-branch in Berrigan - a small village (population 900) in southern New South Wales, Australia.

Berrigan RSL sub-branch is building a war memorial in Hayes Park, Berrigan to honour those from Berrigan and district who served their country in times of war.

The new memorial will provide a solemn venue for the Berrigan community for rememberance services and honour the memories of those who served and those that did not return.

The memorial will list the names of all those from berrigan and District who served in times of war, from the Boer War to present day conflicts such as Afghanistan.

The Australian Government has pledged $10,000 towards the memorial by way if a grant. This campaign will allow the Berrigan RSL sub-branch to fund the balance of the cost to construct and install the memorial and make this project a reality.

Berrigan RSL sub-branch will be responsible for all funds raised and will manage the project from the start until completion. All support is very much appreciated.
