Wanting to Live for Venka

Please help. I'm broke. My bank account is in the negative. I am disabled and trying to get services and a place to live through the County, but I had to switch and transfer from Contra Costa to Alameda and dealing with the "days" of the County. I will die. I have no close family, I was adopted and my parents are dead.
