UPDATE: we did it! The sterilisation event was a huge success and we would like to thank each and every one of you for helping make it happen. Thanks to your support we managed to sterilise a total of 152 cats and dogs and vaccinate 179 against rabies!

But our volunteer vets didn’t stop there… They went above and beyond by providing consultations, removing a massive growth from one dog, extracting a painful infected tooth from a cat, and confirming blindness in another dog. They also gave out vitamins, dewormed many, and helped educate about rabies prevention and responsible pet ownership.

Thank you to everyone who supported, volunteered, donated, or helped spread the word. Together, we made a meaningful difference.

However, our work is far from done. For so long we’ve been fully focused on fundraising for the mass sterilisation event. Because of that, we’ve hardly asked for donations for the actual shelter itself… but the time has definitely come. We’re now in real need of some improvements and general maintenance for both the shelter and the animals who call it home.

We are a small group of people fighting to protect and save the stray dogs and cats of Coron, Palawan. We have no government support and are able to do this work purely because of supporters like you.
