How to start this off? Well, I just turned 30 this year and found out that I have stage 3 Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Esophagus about a month ago. I plan on beating this but I will need all the help I can get! I start treatment in January 2023 which is right around the corner, quite nervous but I know it's the first step towards beating cancer, and I will need your help to keep my mind focused on the finish line, not the mountain or medical bills headed my way soon. The funds that are raised from this will be used to pay for treatment and anything else that my insurance will not cover.

During the treatment, I will be unable to work which is unfortunate as my passion for food and cooking is a big motivation in my life. I have been working in local restaurants over the last 10 years cooking amazing dishes for our community and always learning how to make something new, or trying a new restaurant with my friends.
