Wanda was on a vacation trip in Maine with her 3 sisters when she went into respiratory failure. She is currently on a ventilator in ICU at Pen Bay Medical Center in Rockport, Maine. She is receiving excellent care here, but we are hoping and praying that she will be able to come off of the vent soon, recover with rehab, and come back to South Carolina to finish her recovery. As you can imagine, this is a very hard time for her family. We are trying to navigate being here in Maine with Wanda while also taking care of our responsibilities at home.

This funding will go to Wanda's medical bills, transport back to South Carolina when she is stable, and lodging/car rental for the family member staying.
