Waltz Family

Every parents nightmare has come true for a wonderful friend of ours. Solvei, 16 years old, was diagnosed with a very rare form of cancer this week, Dysgerminoma. It is a germ cell tumor and is so rare it only effects 2.4 children out of a million. Solvei is going to be treated in Seattle and while that is a wonderful hospital it is very far from home for the Waltz family. The initial outlook has them staying in Seattle for at least 4 months. Lodging in Seattle is pricey and the last thing they need is added stress. I am hoping that we can all join together and donate whatever we can to help ease the financial struggle. Cindy and Chris would step up and do this for any one of us in a heartbeat.
