Walter Lamar Scott was gunned down in Charleston, SC on April 4, 2015 by an Officer who has been chargerd with MURDER. God sent a witness to tape entire  ordeal and Funding is  for funeral arrangements, Walter 4 kids education costs. Memorial needs.
