Walter, a 3-year-old polydactyl male cat, recently experienced a urinary blockage and his owner brought him to the vet for care. The care he needed was critical, and without it, he would have succumbed to the blockage, resulting in his death. To further complicate the situation, his owner couldn't afford the care or even the cost of the examination, at which time she made the decision to relinquish care to avoid having him euthanized. He has been living life under the watchful eyes of our staff, but his bills have mounted during his stay.

We are hoping to have a home set up for Walter soon but would not like the medical bills to impede his finding a new family.

We are looking to get his vet bills squared away before sending him off to his new family to live a fabulous life!
