My son has a huge passion for hockey. He has worked hard over the last 4 years to grow as a goalie. He has hopes of playing Division 1 one day soon.
We have received notification that he had been scouted and vetted and had been selected to help represent the US in a global invite tournament hosted by CCM Selects 85x200 program. This organization helps kids be seen by coaches, schools and leagues from all over. This is such an incredible opportunity for him.
The biggest catch is that I'm a single parent and teacher. Being able to afford something like this is extremely difficult for a salaried instructor. I don't want my son to miss out on this opportunity just because I don't make enough. I am going and praying to find some help along the way.
