Walter is Andrea Payne's rescue kitten.  The poor little fellow has really been through a lot for such a short time on this planet.  He survived his neutering surgery, after having narrowly escaped the jaws of death.  It turns out the poor little man has peritoneoparicardial diaphragmatic hernia. Basically his heart is being squished by his liver which is in the wrong spot! Also his lungs didn't develops properly because of this. He is having surgery on Monday and will stay at least 2 nights in the hospital.  This surgery isn't cheap.  Andrea does so much for so many animals, let's help her out by donating some money to help with his medical expenses.  Without this surgery, he may cross the rainbow bridge earlier than he really needs to.
