Walt DeVoe Funeral

Charles (Walt) DeVoe was in upper Chesapeake scheduled for a stent procedure on December 19th, after the procedure began they found five blockages and decided to stop and transfer him to st Joseph's for open heart surgery. While prepping him to be transferred he had a heart attack and passed away suddenly. This was a shock for everyone & Walt did not have any life insurance and now the family is left with the expenses to give him a proper service.
