Help my wally to walk again

Hi everyone, I'm Jessie and my soul dog wally has taken a turn.

I had been doing all I could for him but he needs an mri which is 2-3000 thousand to find out what is wrong and how to treat him( he may then need surgery which will cost more) my goal is 5000 but i have no idea how much after the mri, he will cost but any help or money will go to him his treatment/ physio etc. He is unable to walk now but is only 4.5yrs old.

I'm not able to pay for his mri and potential surgery's so I am putting it out to ask for help. ♡

He is my absolute world and seeing him take this turn has broken my heart.

If I can even manage to get him the best care outside of surgery it would help so much.
