This is Wally. He's a six year old Maltese mix, and my best friend. I took him for his annual checkup at the vet this past weekend and asked the vet to look at a lump that formed on his shoulder. A biopsy was taken, and the vet called me yesterday to tell me the cells are precancerous and it needs to be removed ASAP. He's having the surgery to remove it tomorrow as well as a teeth cleaning. His little underbite needs some help!
The bill from his office visit came to $628.50 for the checkup, biopsy, and bloodwork to ensure he can be put under anesthesia for the surgery. The vet gave me a $1,500.00 estimate for the cost of tomorrow's surgery. In the span of 5 days, Wally's vet bill totals $2,128.50. This is money I legitimately do not have, so I am asking for help.
Please help us, if you're able. Like all pets, Wally is an amazing and loving addition to my life and I cannot imagine where I would be without him. He deserves all the good the world can offer and I give him all that I can each day. We need your help and would truly appreciate any amount you're able and willing to give.
