Wallace Emergency Surgery Fund-Paying Off Bills

I am Wallace, and I am in need of help in paying for an upcoming medical bill because of a surgery.
On March 11, 2021 I will be undergoing surgery on my foot. The surgery is scheduled as outpatient and the cost will range from $40,000 to $45,000 of which insurance will cover all but approximately 10%.
The reason why I have put this Go Fund Me together is at the present time I am strapped for cash. I just recently moved, and the move itself depleted my reserve and savings. I will not be able to return to work after my surgery. My doctor has scheduled me to be unable to work from March 11, 2021 until June 14, 2021. During this time I will still have to pay bills like rent and other expenses. Because I am only part time, I do not qualify for benefits that full time workers receive and are eligible for. I would truly appreciate any contribution or donation given to help me get through this trying time.
Enclosed are copies of the doctor's orders and pictures of my foot and toe that has to be repaired.
The operation and recovery process will be difficult and painful. My toe, and certain parts of the foot will have metal plates, along with permanent screws put in, to keep the toe in place and move it back over to the rest of the foot. I will not be able to use the foot for at least 4-6 weeks. Then the rehabilitation process begins, and this is the reason for the long delay of getting back to work.
If anyone has a wheelchair or a scooter that they are not using or would be willing to donate please let me know. Since I will be unable to go to the grocery store, if people are willing/interested in dropping off food I would greatly appreciate fresh produce like fruits and vegetables.
