Walk With Us 2018
Walk With Us 2018
We are a mother / daughter team, Jenn and Noelle Harshfield, walking across America with Doof, our half-blind German Shepherd / Great Dane...
Noelle is 13 - she's an honors student who loves math and writing and plans to attend Stanford after she graduates high school.
After five years of participating in Relay for Life, we felt it was time to take our commitment to the next level.
Through our walk across America, we will be supporting Relay for Life, raising money for programs that assist survivors and caregivers, as well as to fund research
to help make this cancer's last century.
We start walking in Virginia Beach, VA, on March 10th, 2018. We'll average 22 miles a day for 175 days, walking through a total of 13 states: Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington, finishing near Tacoma, WA (the birthplace of Relay for Life) on Labor Day weekend.
We're raising money for expenses along our journey - every dollar left when we get back will go to Relay for Life to fund research and programs... Help us make this cancer's last century!
