Walking on Together!

Hi lads and lasses,

In association with Andy’s Man Club I will walking from St James Park (Newcastle) to Elland Road (Leeds) which will be around 120 miles. We will be doing this over 5 days.

Gary Speed represented both clubs and in November 2011 he took his own life which shocked the footballing World.

Supporting men’s mental health is vital in preventing anymore unexpected loss of life within young men. I have personally been through some dark moments in my life especially when serving away in the Armed Forces. Having a support system around is key in helping people recover and overcoming those demons.

I would really appreciate any donations.
