We’re a mixed-age team (30s to 60s) who meet every Monday at Carmarthen Leisure Centre, using walking netball to stay active, build confidence, and support each other. For many of us, this group has become more than just exercise—it’s friendship, laughter, and a reason to keep moving.

In 2026, we’ve been given the amazing opportunity to go international and represent Carmarthen in a walking netball tournament in Portugal! We’re beyond excited—but to make this dream a reality, we need a little help. Any support, big or small, will help us take our community spirit abroad and show that fitness, fun, and friendship have no age limit.
