Walking From Stockport To Wrexham

Hey everyone, my name is Leon Ryder and I've been struggling with my mental health for a number of years, without going into to much detail, I honestly didn't think there was a way out, untill, thanks to two very good friends who told me about mentell, almost three years.

This service is unbelievable, free from judgement, and if I'm being honest, if it wasn't for mentell, and the love and support from my family and friends, I honestly don't think I'd be here today.

Last season I cycled to Wrexham, and despite a few hic ups along the way, and missing the match due to said hic ups, thanks to the generosity of so many people, I managed to raise £1060, and I'd love to raise just as much or even more this time.

So again, I want to give back to a cause that means so much to me, and I wanted to combine it with something that I love, that being Stockport County.

Now, on March 22nd, we travel to Wrexham, I'm going to walk from the home of Stockport County to Wrexham.

The plan is to set off from Edgeley Park at midday on Friday 21st March, a few breaks along the way and roughly half way, stay at a bnb of some sort and continue my journey in the early hours of Saturday morning and I'm aiming to arrive in Wrexham around 13.30.

Please help me, help mentell and spread awareness, and men, it's OK to not be ok, and men, is it time to talk.
