In memory of my dear friend Keith Sheridan who sadly took his own life on July 20th 2020. I have set myself a challenge to walk 500 km in the month of August.

I am asking everyone who knows me or who knew Keith to please help me raise money for the Baldoyle family resource centre counselling services.

I'll be walking within the Baldoyle and local areas so anyone who would like to join me is more than welcome.

Let's wake our community up to the struggles of mental health. God knows I'll need all the support i can get.

All donations no matter how big or small are greatly appreciated as it costs the centre €50 per counselling session but they only request donations from clients within their means.

This is a service that is available to everybody so lets help keep this service up and running as it helps people who are struggling  ❤
