Moamen and the family had a most horrific time trying to escape from Gaza City and our gift to them this week is felt by them all, deeply. Being forced to flee Moamen asked me and Jay ‘how could the world watch and let this happen to us?’ Moamen told us that our fundraising walk gives them hope, once more.

The struggle to survive through their latest forced displacement leaves them without any source of income apart from donations via Instagram.

Jay and me will put on a further event to gather financial support for the family - before Christmas. They all need warm clothes and blankets to get through the winter. It’d be wonderful if you would consider taking part and/or donating.

We are continually being told by the Media and Politicians, ‘there’s nothing more we can do’ about this genocide.’
