I am joining the Planned Parenthood 30-Mile Walk/Run Challenge because I believe everyone deserves access to respectful, affordable sexual and reproductive health care. For me, this is personal and urgent. I have seen loved ones struggle to find care that honors their identity and circumstances, and I want to help make sure no one has to choose between their health and their safety.

Every mile I walk is a step toward clinics that provide compassionate care for all people, regardless of income, insurance, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, or immigration status. Planned Parenthood does so much more than clinical services: they offer medically accurate education, advocate for policies that protect reproductive rights, and support research that improves health outcomes. That work changes lives every day.

I am committed to doing this challenge because big change happens one day, one mile at a time.
