Walking for Access and Dignity
My name is Sammi Rowe and I am joining the Planned Parenthood 30-Mile Walk/Run Challenge because I believe big change happens one mile at a time. I want everyone to have access to affordable, compassionate sexual and reproductive health care—no matter their income, insurance, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, or immigration status. Walking this challenge is my way of showing up for that vision.
I care about the dignity and autonomy of every person. Planned Parenthood provides essential care, medically accurate education, and advocacy that protects reproductive rights. Those services have a real impact on lives: helping people get preventive care, access abortion and contraception, find support during difficult times, and learn about healthy relationships and body autonomy.
When I walk, I will be thinking of the people who rely on Planned Parenthood for care they cannot find anywhere else. Your support helps sustain clinics, fund education programs, and power the advocacy needed to keep care accessible for everyone. It means more people can get the care they need with respect and compassion.
Please join me in supporting Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Every donation helps ensure that sexual and reproductive health care and rights are protected and expanded. Give what you can to stand with me and with the people who need care the most.
