Me and my good friends Jake Nippers and Joe Cameron want to raise money for a charity called Young Minds. This charity aims at helping the younger generation better understand themselves, to remind anyone that they're not alone and there's always someone to turn to in a time of need. Misconceptions and stigma seem to surround mental health. We'd like to do our part to raise awareness and even help others who're struggling to get the help they need.

We'd also like to help raise money for a young man named Ethan Hamer.

In August of 2022 he was diagnosed with an aggressive oesophageal carcinoma cancer. He's currently undergoing chemotherapy. The family are doing their best to raise enough money so he can get the suitable treatment he needs. The problem is that the vaccine he needs, called Autologous Tumour Cell, is only available at a clinic in Germany.

This young man shouldn't have to go through this at the age 14.

We would greatly appreciate any size of donation to help further the causes of either of these charities.

We aim to walk for 24hrs straight. Starting in Rhayader and heading back home towards Cardiff.
