Want to join me in making a difference? This May I am walking 150 Miles to raise money for Pulmonary Hypertension Association UK. My close friend, Luciana was diagnosed with the terminal illness Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) at the age of just 15. She is now 21 and waiting for a heart and lung transplant. PHA UK have been great in sharing Luciana's story among the many stories of others living with PH. They are not only giving people with PH a voice, but supporting them and their families as well as carers, funding vital research and providing information recourses about the illness.
