The Walker Elementary VEX IQ Robotics team took the Nevada State Championship by storm and won three top awards in their rookie season! The team took the Excellence award for their robot, engineering notebook, and judges interview. This award qualified the team to compete at the Worlds Robotics Championship in Dallas, Texas, May 9-13, 2022. They will be representing Nevada against teams from all 50 states and up to 40 nations.

With travel, lodging, and competition fees at an all-time high, we seek financial assistance to help pay for the trip. We are a public school, and this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for many students.
