A dark day has fallen over the citizens of Fallgrove, our proud sometime Emperor SoleCity has suffered heart breaking loss and unthinkable tragedy on the first day of the New Year. It is up to us, the people of Fallgrove to take up the fight in the hour of need to ensure this travesty of circumstance does not further perpetrate injustice our own. People of all guilds and all realms are asked to do what they can to help provide a little comfort and support to the best of their abilities as we help to create a new life for Sole and not just stand with but walk alongside him on this journey.



What Happened?

On the evening of the first day of the New Year, Sole returned to his home to find the whole building ablaze and watched in horror as all of his worldly possession suffered the fate of fire’s wrath. Without hesitating, Sole kicked in the glass door to
his home, severely lacerating his leg with his only thoughts on that of his cherished pets trapped inside the burning inferno. Risking his own life and safety, he dashed to the bedroom where he found his two pets, a dog named Jade and his cat named Whisky huddled together in fear while the flames raged all around them.



Braving the heat and smoke Sole scooped them up and heroically extricated them from what would have certainly been a terrible death, sadly this was the only thing in the home able to be saved and fortunately the most important thing that could be save! To our great dismay we learned his beloved birds were not able to be reduced and will live forever in our hearts. Perhaps foolishly perhaps not, who among us can say we would not do the same faced with a decision like that. Although much of his material possessions were lost aside from his animals, there were no other people injured and Sole has received treatment in the form of stitches for his gashes in his leg. Anyone who has experienced tragedy such as this knows when you lose everything, it can at times be difficult to find anything The fire inspector has initially blamed the fire on faulty wiring in the kitchen of the rental, which could make the landlord culpable; however the investigation is ongoing.





What can We Do?
This is why citizens of the realms it falls on US to help carry the. weight of this burden, to put SoleCity back on the road to recovery and help in any way we can to put the pieces of life back together. SoleCity has been overwhelmed by the generous offers of support, short term places to stay, people offering to drive to his location, as well as people asking what they can do to help. We have constructed this campaign, Walk with Sole, as an effort to help relieve some of the short term and long-term needs. We are going to be providing funding for food, clothing, and shelter in the immediate as well as long term and help him construct a plan to put his life back together. Things like legal resources will be gathered to mount a liability case against the responsible parties. With a little help we can make a big difference in the life of one fantasy fighter and show despite the adversarial nature of the game those that play FF really are one big family when push comes to shove.

Does this need to be now?
SoleCity is a hardworking fellow, shaken by these events. He has been given some time off of work to sort things out, but we need to be generous now. The sooner we can get resources in place the better the overall outcome will be for SoleCity. Those who have experienced this heart break will know the first few days are the hardest, and whatever we can do to help smooth the transition to a new life is much appreciated by all.



What specifically can I do to help?
We are asking that you find in your hearts a way to contribute at least the cost of a discount pack which is $49 in the US today, to help defray the immediate costs and needs of surviving this heartbreaking tragedy. Material possessions can be replaced, lives and heath of people and love ones cannot, and your care and support will show SoleCity that he doesn’t stand alone in this. Despite the frustrating and overwhelming circumstanced that he is facing, we have his back and there are people out there willing to stand up and support him in this dark hour of need. Many of us who play this game have known each other for a long time, and now is the time to come together in a show of unity and support for our comrade SoleCity. Walk with Sole: Deutch

Ein dunkler Tag ist über die Bürger von Fallgrove gefallen, unser stolzer (Teilzeit-)Kaiser SoleCity hat am ersten Tag des neuen Jahres einen schmerzlichen Verlust und eine undenkbare Tragödie erlitten. Es liegt nun an uns, den Bewohnern von Fallgrove, den Kampf in dieser schweren Zeit zusammen mit ihm aufzunehmen, um das Unglück etwas zu lindern. Menschen aller Gilden und aller Herrschaftsgebiete werden gebeten, alles ihnen Mögliche zu tun, um ein wenig Trost und Unterstützung zu bieten, während wir helfen, ein neues Leben für Sole zu schaffen; wir wollen ihm beistehen und auch auf seinem Weg begleiten.


Was ist passiert?

Am Abend des ersten Tages des neuen Jahres kehrte Sole nach Hause zurück und sah das gesamte Gebäude in Flammen. Entsetzt sah er zu, wie sein gesamter weltlicher Besitz in Flammen aufging. Ohne zu zögern, trat Sole die Glastür zu seinem Haus ein und zog sich dabei schwere Schnittwunden am Bein zu, einzig an seine geliebten Haustiere denkend, die im brennenden Inferno eingeschlossen waren. Er riskierte sein eigenes Leben und seine Sicherheit und stürmte ins Schlafzimmer, wo er seine Haustiere fand. Sein Hund namens Jayde und seine Katze namens Whiskey drückten sich vor Angst zusammen, während die Flammen rings um sie herum tobten.

Der Hitze und dem Rauch trotzend, hob Sole sie auf und rettete sie heroisch vor einem schrecklichen Tod. Leider war dies das Einzige, was von seinem zu Hause gerettet werden konnte, aber glücklicherweise auch das Wichtigste!
Zu unserer großen Bestürzung stellten wir fest, dass seine geliebten Vögel nicht gerettet werden konnten; sie werden für immer in unseren Herzen leben.
Vielleicht war das leichtsinnig, vielleicht nicht, wer von uns kann sagen, ob wir bei einer solchen Entscheidung nicht das Gleiche tun würden. Es zeigt auf jeden Fall, dass Sole ein guter Mensch ist.
Obwohl die meisten seiner materiellen Besitztümer verloren gingen, wurden keine weiteren Personen verletzt, und Sole wurde wegen seiner Wunden am Bein behandelt.


Was können wir tun?

Aus diesem Grund haben die Bewohner aller Herrschaftsgebiete die Aufgabe, Sole beim Überwinden dieses schweren Schlages zu helfen, um ihn wieder zurück zu einem normalen Leben zu bringen und ihm auf jede denkbare Weise zu helfen.
SoleCity war überwältigt von den großzügigen Unterstützungsangeboten, den Angeboten von kurzfristigen Unterkünften, den Leuten, die angeboten haben, zu seinem Wohnort zu fahren, und den Leuten, die fragen, was sie tun können, um zu helfen.
Wir haben diese Kampagne "Walk with Sole" entwickelt, um zu helfen, einige der entstehenden Kosten zu tragen. Wir versuchen,  sowohl kurzfristig als auch langfristig Mittel für Nahrung, Kleidung und Unterkunft zur Verfügung stellen und ihm dabei zu helfen, einen Plan zu erstellen, um sein Leben wieder zurückzubekommen. Mit ein wenig Hilfe können wir einen großen Unterschied im Leben eines Final-Fantasy-Kämpfers machen und trotz der oft konfliktbeladenen Natur des Spiels zeigen, dass die FF-Spieler wirklich eine große Familie sind, wenn es darum geht, gemeinsam zu kämpfen.


Muss das wirklich jetzt sein?

SoleCity ist ein fleißiger Kerl, der von diesen Ereignissen tief erschüttert wurde.
Er hat einige Zeit von der Arbeit frei bekommen, um all die anstehenden Dinge zu klären, aber auch wir müssen jetzt großzügig sein.
Je früher Ressourcen zur Verfügung stehen, desto besser ist das Gesamtergebnis für Sole. Diejenigen, die so etwas schon einmal erlebt haben, werden wissen, dass die ersten Tage die schwersten sind, und was immer wir tun können, um den Übergang zu einem neuen Leben zu erleichtern, wird von ihm und uns sehr geschätzt.


Was kann ich konkret tun, um zu helfen?

Wir bitten Sie, in Ihrem Herzen einen Weg zu finden, um mindestens die Kosten eines Discount-Pakets, das heute in den USA 49 Dollar kostet, beizutragen. Damit helfen Sie, die unmittelbaren Kosten und Bedürfnisse zu bezahlen wie Nahrung, neue Kleidung und einige Möbel.
Allerdings hilft jeder Beitrag, sei er auch in den eigenen Augen noch so gering, denn letztlich ist es nicht nur das Geld, sondern auch der Gedanke, der zählt.

Trotz der frustrierenden und überwältigenden Umstände, mit denen er konfrontiert ist, stehen wir an seiner Seite, und es gibt Leute, die bereit sind, ihn in dieser dunklen Stunde der Not zu unterstützen. Viele von uns, die dieses Spiel spielen, kennen sich schon lange, und jetzt ist es an der Zeit, sich trotz aller Feindschaft für unseren Freund SoleCity zusammenzuschließen.

Un día oscuro ha caído sobre los ciudadanos de Fallgrove, nuestro orgulloso Emperor SoleCity ha sufrido una pérdida desgarradora y una tragedia impensable el primer día del Año Nuevo. Depende de nosotros, la gente de Fallgrove asumir la lucha en la hora de necesidad para asegurarnos de que esta parodia de circunstancia no perpetrar más la injusticia nuestra. A la gente de todos los gremios y todos los reinos se les pide que hagan lo que puedan para ayudar a brindar un poco de consuelo y apoyo a lo mejor de sus habilidades mientras ayudamos a crear una nueva vida para Sole y no solo estar de pie sino caminar junto a él en este viaje .

Desafiando el calor y el humo Sole los recogió y los sacó heroicamente de lo que sin duda habría sido una muerte terrible, lamentablemente esto fue lo único en el hogar que pudo salvarse y, afortunadamente, ¡lo más importante que se pudo salvar! Para nuestra gran consternación, aprendimos que sus amados pájaros no pudieron reducirse y vivirán para siempre en nuestros corazones. Quizás tontamente, quizás no, quien entre nosotros puede decir que no haríamos lo mismo ante una decisión como esa. Aunque muchas de sus posesiones materiales se perdieron aparte de sus animales, no hubo otras personas lesionadas y Sole ha recibido tratamiento en forma de puntos de sutura en la pierna. Cualquiera que haya experimentado una tragedia como esta sabe que cuando se pierde todo, a veces puede ser difícil encontrar algo. El inspector de incendios al principio culpó al incendio de un cableado defectuoso en la cocina del alquiler, lo que podría hacer que el propietario sea culpable;Sin embargo, la investigación está en curso.
