Hi, I am Farzana Matin, one of the trustee members at Linda Norgrove Foundation.

This year’s Linda Norgrove Foundation (LNF) 10K walk takes place on Saturday, 4th October, with the main event happening in the Western Isles. Since I can’t be there in person, I’ll be walking 10K in Glasgow on the same day—and I’d love for others to join me.

The situation in Afghanistan remains incredibly difficult, with many families struggling for safety, education, and basic needs. LNF continues to deliver small but meaningful support where it’s needed most, and I want to do my part to help.
