Our Urgent plea: My cousin, Hennie, was an otherwise healthy young man living in Da Nang, Vietnam working as an English teacher before his life was unexpectedly changed forever when he suffered an accident that left him with a broken spine.

This was the 27th of March 2025. Hennie underwent surgery and, although he can feel his feet, he cannot move his legs - yet! Hennie is now facing a mountain of medical bills for recovery and rehabilitation in order to learn how to walk again. He has exhausted his savings and local donation options in Vietnam, which is where you come in. If you feel you are able, I would love to have you be a part of restoring Hennie to his full strength and mobility again, to return to his normal life.
