Update - We have completed the challenge!

For a challenge me and my partner Conor have decided to attempt to walk the length of the UK from Lands End to John O’ Groats following the end to end trail which is 1200 miles (see picture). We will start on the 25th of April and it should take around 9 weeks (hopefully!).

Mostly camping with our backpacks we will try to walk from 15-28 miles a day passing some friends and family on the way.

We think this will be a great opportunity to raise some money for St Peters Hospice as it is a charity very dear to me. As most of you will know my mother passed away in 2017 after suffering with cancer. She was lovingly looked after by the staff at St Peters Hospice Bristol. They provided excellent care and essential support which is amazing as it is charity run. The care relies on charity money which is fundamental for its operations which are not cheap.

I feel very indebted for the care they provided for my mother and the support they provided for me and my family and would like to help them support future patients as they go through a devastating period of their life .

So we would be grateful for any money small or big to raise money for the charity. Living costs are expensive at the moment so we don’t expect anything and would appreciate just spreading the word of our fundraising.
