As most of you know, the beautiful Jemma Stewart passed away yesterday due to a long battle with mental illness. Mental illness is so close to home for me and my family and as Jemma's PT I really wanted to host a walk for Jemma to remember her and to come together at such a difficult time.

It will be $10 per person (you can donate more if you like) and ALL money raised will go towards helping Jemma's family with funeral costs and anything else they might need at this time.

9am at Lilydale Lake, this Sunday. I know it's late notice but I wanted it to be before her funeral ❤️
