My name is Monica Lanzoni and I am embarking on a tremendous journey. I will be completing the Camino Portuguese Way on the coast of Portugal in Spain, approximately 174 miles. I will be I will begin my journey in Porto Portugal and completion will be in Santiago Spain. I will be walking in honor of all the people that I know that have suffered with debilitating diseases. During this time of reflection, I will remember the people who are fighting, their families and the ones cheering me on from above. You are all my heroes!

The strength you show day after day after day… I will honor all of you as I am doing this walk.

I’m asking for donations to defray the costs I will encounter during this difficult journey. A small portion of the donations will be used to offset the cost of my travel. The majority of your donations will be given to my local Cancer Society to assist family members caring for loved ones going through this difficult time.
