George is someone who means the world to our friendship group. When we heard what he's been going through — the surgeries, the setbacks, the fight he and his family are facing every single day — we knew we had to do something more than send a message.
So we're walking.
On 11 July 2026, a group of us are taking on 11.2 miles together, from World's End to Hope. We chose that route deliberately, because that's exactly where George is right now — pushing through the hardest stretch, with hope as the destination.
George's treatment is complex, specialist, and costly. His family are doing everything they can, but the financial weight of Stage 4 cancer doesn't ease up. Every pound raised through our walk goes directly towards supporting that fight — towards giving George more time with the people who love him.
This isn't about us. It's about showing up. It's about a group of friends putting their boots on and saying: we're with you, George. All 11.2 miles of it.
If you can't walk with us, please donate. If you can't donate, please share. Either way, you become part of this — another person choosing to walk towards hope alongside him.
George has always loved the outdoors — hiking, breathing fresh air, spending time in nature with his family. These trails were made for people like him. So until he can walk them again himself, we'll walk for him. Every penny counts. Let's get George closer to healing — and back to where he belongs.
Thank you all for your continuous support, from us, George's friends, from George and his beautiful family!
