Walk 80km in July Challenge for Grace Park ETNS

Dear parents/guardians,
We need your help, and we think you might even enjoy it!
As you know, we are working towards a full opening of our beautiful new school in September.
This is an exciting milestone for the GPETNS community.
Like you, we know how much the children will enjoy and benefit from the much-improved facilities.
However, we face some challenges to get us fully up and running for September.
Unfortunately, neither IT equipment (interactive screens, laptops, tablets) or our sensory room are adequately funded by the Department of Education and Skills, so we have work to do.
Our Board, staff and Fundraising Committee are developing a long-term fundraising strategy, and step 1 is a target of €25,000 for us to raise to get these essential items in place for September.
Like you, we want all of our Grace Park children to have the very best educational experience.

We are challenging everyone in the GPETNS community to ‘Walk 80k for Grace Park Educate Together’ in the month of July!
It’s simple - you sign up to walk and track 80k (whenever and wherever you want through July), and ask friends, family, colleagues and neighbours to sponsor you. We also have a ‘Walk 20k Challenge’ for kids.
We will send you a sponsor card, an online donation link and everything else you will need.
With 190 families in our school from September, plus staff and friends of the school, we are very confident that we can achieve this target together.
