In June of 2024 my husband and best friend was diagnosed with Stage 4 esophageal cancer. He bravely lost his battle on Christmas Eve of 2024, a mere 6 months later. I'm walking in his memory to raise awareness for not only esophageal cancer, but all cancers. I myself am a breast cancer survivor and this cause has personal meaning for me.
