Deb and a group of close friends are walking 10km to raise vital funds for the Oncology Department at Birmingham Children’s Hospital — a place that holds a very special place in Deb’s heart.

Deb’s granddaughter is currently receiving treatment there, and the care and compassion shown by the team has been nothing short of extraordinary. The department not only supports the children going through unimaginably tough times but also wraps its arms around the entire family — including parents and siblings — offering emotional, practical, and psychological support every step of the way.

By taking on this 10k walk, Deb and her friends hope to give something back and help other families going through similar journeys.
