Walk 'n' Talk

Walking from Malabar to Maroubra on Sunday the 13th December. All donations put you in the running to win a prize linking you to local business. 

My goal is to strengthen the bonds within the community and provide a safe space for anyone struggling to have their voice heard.

Based on my experiences, I feel the way we bond with the people whom we are closest with has a large impact on our mental well-being.

This is why I've chosen the Australian Association for Infant Mental Health Ltd to receive your donation! AAIMH are directly involved with the care and mental well-being of infants together with their families.

Our mission is to work towards  improving professional and community recognition that infancy and early childhood is a critical time for the development of emotional, physical and mental health.
