Wakefield 10K for Katie Synnott

Dee Billingham and I are running the Wakefield 10K on 16th March 2025 and we would like to raise as much money as possible for Katie Synnott and her family.

At the end of January 2025, Katie was given the devastating news that she had a stage 4 brain tumour, she required emergency surgery and now faces treatment consisting of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

The treatment options are sadly limited on the NHS and so now the local community are trying to raise as much money as possible so that immunotherapy treatment options can be explored, which would allow Katie more precious time with her family and her 4 beautiful children.

Any donations will be hugely appreciated and transferred directly to Katie Synnotts GoFundMe Page.

Anyone who knows us will know that we are no athletes and struggle to run 5K on a good day, therefore 10K will be a decent challenge so dig deep
