A few words from Grayson & Thomas
Welcome to our web series, "Wake Up Juice!” Our show explores the lives of five diverse baristas all working at the same L.A. coffee shop. This season begins by seeing our characters’ lives intersecting inside of the cafe but very soon we will be venturing into more of their outside lives as well. Wake Up Juice is about being a twenty-something working a minimum-wage job in a big city. It shows how the unlikeliest of people become friends with shared experiences, embracing each other's differences and understanding each other's struggles.
We’ve already shot the first TWO episodes, and we’re happy to share them with you RIGHT NOW (links below)! We’re planning to shoot 4 more episodes to round out our first season, introducing new main characters and storylines… Now, this is where YOU come in! With your help through donations, we can make this happen!
Expanding the scope of the show means paying for more locations, hiring more crew, and bribing more academy members. We aren’t done telling the story of these five baristas just yet. Their journeys this season have hardly just begun and we can’t wait to share with you what we have in store for them. With enough funds, we can make this a reality and round out the very first season of Wake Up Juice.
We are confident that our show will widely resonate with people. Hopefully, people see themselves in one or more of these characters. There is a very limited amount of content that currently exists exploring life for people in their 20s that is written and made by people by people ACTUALLY in their 20s. We want you to feel seen and understood, while also having a good time.
