Help Will & Ian Compete in Poland 2025
Donation protected
Hi! We're Ian and Will,
We are incredibly honored to have been selected to represent the United States at the 2025 U23 World Rowing Championships in the Lightweight Men’s Double!
This year’s championship will be held in Poznań, Poland, from July 23–27, bringing together the fastest U23 crews from around the globe. Representing the U.S. is a lifelong dream for both of us, and we’re training hard to make our country proud.
We have set our goal at $15,000 to help fund our travel expenses, regatta fees, etc. While the whole trip will cost more than this goal, we hope to alleviate some of the financial load to help our home club, the Conshohocken Rowing Center. All donations will go to the Club in order to support our trip.
We’re incredibly thankful to the amazing coaching staff at Conshohocken, especially Coach Craig Hoffman and Coach Ransom Weaver, whose dedication and continued support of us made this possible. We’re also grateful to the CRC’s stakeholders and supporters; your support is invaluable!
A huge thank you as well to our collegiate programs: Will (Yale ‘26) rows for the Y150 Bulldogs under coaches Andy Card and Ned DelGuercio. Ian (UPenn ‘26) rows for the P150 Quakers under coaches Colin Farrell and Taylor Brown.
We also want to acknowledge our high school teams: Episcopal Academy and the Maritime Rowing Club
Every donation, big or small, brings us one stroke closer to the starting line in Poland. Thank you for joining us on this journey, and we hope to make the U.S. proud in July.
With gratitude,
Will & Ian
