Hi, my name is Kit Mckee and I'm helping raise money for my niece Alisha Rowland.

Alisha Rowland, age 43 has been faced with the difficult task of finding a kidney. At just 4 years old. Alisha was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, a disease that has negatively affected her kidneys over the years. Unfortunately, this means she has to endure home dialysis 5 days per week until she finds a transplant donor. As a mother of 2 and a grandmother of 3, receiving a kidney transplant is imperative so she can continue being a part of her family's lives.

The costs of treatment and surgery are more than anyone can imagine. Her portion is as much as $200/day after insurance coverage. Family and friends are asking for your support to raise money in hopes of offsetting these financial burdens.
