If you know me, you probably know my passion and life's work is to create quality films that resonate with people on a deep level. Inspiring, provoking, and creating catharsis for my friends and fellow audience members.
My next project - WAIT - will do just that.
And this is why I'm asking you to come on this journey with me.

If you don't know me just yet... Hi! I’m Cody Hamilton.
I've been a regular in the Reno theater scene since I was a teenager, doing everything from stage managing to acting to directing. Teensy Leader Pictures was made in 2020 so that my friends and I could explore filmmaking and start to hone our skills. While I'm proud of all the work we've created so far, WAIT is on another level, and I cannot wait (see what I did there?) to bring this story to your screen.
What do I plan to do with it?
WAIT needs to be shared with the world. I will be heavily submitting it to festivals, while I work on developing this impactful story into a feature film.
Do I have a team?
Absolutely I do, and I couldn't be more proud of them. From my dedicated producing partners, to my excellent Director of Photography, to the unparalleled talent of my costar, WAIT is a project I am immensely excited to showcase.

- Sandra Dorst is a powerhouse producer with incredible people skills and an inexhaustible drive to get things done. She keeps things focused and running.
- Payton Murphy is an unbelievably gifted cinematographer & editor with a sharp eye, a steady hand, and passion for days. He brings a vision to life... or, really, better than life.
- Sadie Dorst may be small, but she is mighty in front of the camera. She brings a depth of emotion to scenes that I've rarely seen experienced adult actors bring. I'm honored to share the screen with her.
- Joanna Lugo is my right hand... and my left hand... and my second set of eyes. The performances will undoubtedly be on point with her as my associate director.
- Cassie Moore has a meticulous artistic eye and more energy than any human can spend. As art director, she ensures that every scene is an ode to real life.
- Jenny O is an experienced and supremely talented hair and makeup artist. She and her fantastic team of assistants help us sell every moment.
- The camera crew that Payton has assembled is extremely capable and hard-working. They are a well-oiled machine, running like clockwork to keep us all moving forward and make this movie incredible.
- The rest of the cast... oh, you're in for a treat! From Holly Lorge (who has over 16 credits to her name, including Murder, She Wrote) to Rod Hearn (who has been the Theater Director at Damonte Ranch High for 17 years), every single actor and extra we've invited to play with us is bringing their A-game and delivering performances that sing. I'm beyond excited to show you what they can do...
This team is a treasure.
But it's missing one vital and final component: YOU.

UPDATE:
We have SURPASSED our original funding goal of $12,000. Those funds helped us to pay for the entire production of WAIT. We can not thank our supporters enough for this phenomenal outpouring.
The next step for us is submitting to film festivals. Each festival we submit to has an application fee. Film festivals are a vital step in putting these artists and Teensy Leader Pictures in front of the right individuals and companies so that we may begin making feature films.
For this reason, we've decided to increase our goal amount to $20,000 so that we may continue over the next year to submit to the festivals and travel to all those that select this film.
We appreciate any amount donated to our film. If you wish to become a producing-partner, here are the levels we can offer. You will be able to have a name, organization, or person's name that is in memory of listed on the credits of the film and mentioned on social media (unless requested to remain anonymous).
