WE ARE WAGS N WET NOSES DOG RESCUE AND WERE IN DIRE STRAITS RIGHT NOW, financially, no funding, no spare cash in the pot, so so so many unsponsored dogs that were struggling to even keep safe in kennels now their sponsorships have run out and people have dropped out, and we are in serious trouble unless we can come up with some funding ideas for our rescue. Our chief fund raiser and all round good egg, Carol Hine, is off recovering from surgery and were all working so hard behind the scenes to get dogs home that our team just haven’t had time to concentrate on fund raising issues.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CAN YOU HELP US THIS MONTH WITH A DONATION FOR OUR DOGS. We still have over 300 dogs in rescue, and about 100 of those waiting to go home on transports, so still 200+ dogs to support in kennels and only around 40 sponsors for those. This month we have had to say no to so many urgent cases that needed our help, but we simply did not have the funding to help them and so pups have been left on the street, adult dogs with injuries have too, simply because we had no funding to cover their needs. We hate being in this position having to say no to any dog who needs our help. It renders us a failure in rescue, but when we have no money,, nothing, and I mean, literally nothing, what can we do. We cannot do anything. Our hands are tied. Please please can you help us with a small donation this month so we can cover our existing dogs in kennels or they too become in danger if we cant pay their pension bills and kennels fees and vet bills. We literally exist on the kindness of individuals. Nothing more. I would remind you that all our team work for free. Nobody gets paid a penny. Not rescuers, not admins, nobody. Everybody does this for the love of dogs. We are on a knife edge right now. Do we continue or do we fold. That decision is in your hands. Please don’t let it be the latter.

We need your help, and we need it now. We are without a pound in the pot. And that’s a very very seriously dangerous position to be in. Our costs every month are min 5000euros just to keep dogs safe, and fed, and vets bills paid and covered. And were always at least 3000e short every month. Sponsors have disappeared for one reason or another, we don’t know why, but they have. Please help us, we literally are in a do or die situation and if we die, our dogs must go back on the streets. I implore you not to let that happen. You are our last hope.
