Waggin’ Tails Shelter is a municipal shelter in Torrington WY. Our mission is to provide shelter and care for lost, found, and abandoned animals. We are committed to keeping pets safe and happy while they wait to find their forever homes. The shelter is support by donations and volunteers. "General Shelter" donations go to feed and vet the animals and maintain the facilities. "Barn Cat Program" donations go to support the trapping, vetting, and relocation of feral cats to rural farms.  We could not take care of all these precious babies without the amazing support we get. Thank you for your help in making our shelter a safe and happy space for our animals.
