The 9 staff people at Clayton Children's Center received their last pay checks on March 20th, 2020. Since then, they have been entitled to apply for unemployment benefits, as the one week waiting period from EDD has been waived during this time of the COVID-19 shelter in place order. However, even when they get their unemployment checks, those aren't enough to replace their wages. They do so much for us. Let's do something for them.
