On June 28th, 2020 my husband and best guy, while out riding his beloved Harley Davidson STREET GLIDE, was in a devastating accident. Wade was rushed to Rhode Island Hospital where he spent 10 days in the TRAUMA INTENSIVE CARE UNIT. After extensive surgery to rebuild his pelvis and repair many internal injuries, he was moved to a LONG TERM REHABILITATION FACILITY. 
Wade, a veteran Commercial Fisherman out of POINT JUDITH, RI will not be able to work at the only profession he has ever known, until he heals entirely. He has quite a long and painful recovery ahead of him.
As a self employed fisherman, conventional benefits such as TDI are not an option. Along with mounting medical bills, this puts a huge financial strain on our family. 
Our goal with this fundraiser is to give Wade the time he needs to heal without the stress and worry of being without income.
