No one is ever truely alone when they have friends. Our dear friend, Wade Kerr, is far from our reach and is need of the help of his friends. Wade fell victim to the gross negligence of another in a devastating car crash just a few short days ago. His body, much like his car, became twisted and mangled! He was rushed to the hospital with broken legs, ribs & hip. The rest of his weary body lay battered and bruised. Our friend was all alone, bravely fighting back his bloody tear, when the doctors relaied to him that only possible plan of care was extremely invasive surgery followed by countless hours of intense physical and occupational therapy. Such news would be frightening enough by itself, but that was only the tip of the iceberg. The other driver had no auto insurance. As if being robbed of his only source of transportation was not enough, Wade was robbed of the new job he so desperately needed not only to get back on his feet after these many weeks of quarantine, but to provide him with heath insurance. Wade needed that coverage now more than ever. The hospital staff left the hospital room. Wade was alone. No friends to hold him while his spirit became as shattered as his body. Our friend wept alone. Our friend faced surgery alone. Our friend was too lost to reach out to any of us for help. Wade was all alone. Well friends, I won't let Wade weap tears of retching pain, fear and isolation alone any longer. I emplore you to raise up your love shouts and join my battle cry! Even though our brother may be miles and miles away from us physically, he is not alone no longer!
