Ana and Naydelin's medical expenses and care

On Christmas 2021 my cousins, Ana a 16 year old and Naydelin an 18 year old had a social gathering with friends and family in Agua Prieta, Sonora Mexico. It was terribly cold that night and they decided to turn some heaters on. Something must have malfunctioned with the heaters that shortly after there was an explosion followed by a big fire. Further details on what happened that night have not been released yet. However, in result of the explosion Naydelin suffered first and second-degree burns on 40% of her body. Ana suffered second and third-degree burns on 98% of her body. My cousins are originally from Denver, Colorado, so they were both transferred to Arizona to get medical attention. Ana who is in critical condition was then transferred to California's Shriners hospital where they specialize in burn victims.

That being said I cannot begin to imagine what their total expenses are going to end up being, including future therapies they may need.

I wanted to make this gofundme with the hope that some of you can help out, as anything at all will help tremendously.

Most importantly please send prayers our way as my family needs them. Prayers for my cousins to have strength to persevere, and prayers for their mom Dayana to continue being the rock that my cousins need.

En la Navidad de 2021, mis primas Ana de 16 años y Naydelin de 18 tuvieron una reunión social con amigos y familiares en Agua Prieta, Sonora México. Hacía mucho frío esa noche y decidieron encender algunos calentadores. Algo debe haber fallado con los calentadores que poco después hubo una explosión seguida de un gran incendio. Aún no se han dado a conocer más detalles sobre lo que sucedió esa noche. Sin embargo, como resultado de la explosión, Naydelin sufrió quemaduras de primer y segundo grado en el 40% de su cuerpo. Ana sufrió quemaduras de segundo y tercer grado en el 98% de su cuerpo. Mis primos son originarios de Denver, Colorado, por lo que ambos fueron trasladados a Arizona para recibir atención médica. Luego, Ana, que se encuentra en estado crítico, fue trasladada al hospital Shriners de California, donde se especializan en víctimas de quemaduras.

Dicho esto, no puedo ni imaginarme cuál será el total de sus gastos, incluidas las futuras terapias que puedan necesitar. Quería hacer este gofundme con la esperanza de que algunos de ustedes puedan ayudar, ya que cualquier cosa ayudará enormemente.
