Hello! Tobie, my beloved doggy boy, has a heart murmur and grade 2 heart disease. He is the happiest and most loved dog around. His medical expenses are becoming overwhelming for us. I am a preschool teacher in San Francisco, and I work hard for us, but I fear it is time to ask for some help.
