Seizure Response Dog

My name is Elizabeth Moore, my daughters name is Jade. My daughter is 15 years old. Jade has suffered from severe seizures for the past five years. This is Roman, he is a seizure alert response dog who graduates in June and will be Jades if I can come up with the funding needed to get him. Due to the seizures she does not enjoy being in public so she can not enjoy being a normal 15 year old girl. I am a single parent who tries my hardest to support all my children as best as possible. Since the seizures have started Jade has not been able to do the things she used to love to do. She no longer wants to leave her room due to the constant stares she receives. The seizures have caused her to have short term memory and have caused her brain to stop developing as a "normal" teenage brain should. We would appreciate any form of help we can receive in getting her the help she needs.
