Hi, my name is Karyn. My husband William is 37 years old and we live in California. He is a father, a husband and a brother and he needs a Kidney transplant. He was diagnosed with Stage 3 kidney disease at age 30. His health has taken a toll for the worse due to Covid 19 and he is now in Stage 5 renal failure. He has been doing peritoneal dialysis for about

1 1/2 years now and recently his health has been deteriorating. He just had emergency surgery due to some complications with the catheter that he uses to connect daily for dialysis.

We have 2 wonderful kids that need him dearly. Due to his condition, he has not been able to work full-time. This has puts us in a finacial struggle due to his medical expenses. Without any insurance, he is not able to receive the proper medical care he needs. His insurance premium is high plus the deductibles and the medication. He needs to take about 11 medications daily. He is AB positive and is currently on a waiting list for a transplant.

It has been very difficult for me as his wife and caregiver to be able to support our family financially by myself. We are asking for your help not only in monetary but also with prayers.

We will use the funds for his medical expenses. To help with his insurance premium, copayments and medications. Everyone deserves a chance in life and I feel God has allowed him to be with us longer through his dialysis. We don't want to lose him!!
